Our Pet Chicken HayHay, She was a rescue we got and had for 8years. We brought her to Preferred Pets and they handled and treated her with such great care and respect. HayHay was mainly my 13yr old daughters and Preferred Pets Staff were so nice and sweet to my Daughter when we picked up the remains. They went up and beyond to make her at peace with losing her Companion. Thank You Preferred Pets.

Sadly, this is not the ideal experience, but unfortunately losing out pets are inevitable. James took extremely special care of my boy Alastar. Completely considerate and sympathetic for our loss. Never pushed anything extra for an up-sale. We opted for the home pick up option and he arrived promptly and well prepared. He actually was extremely flexible with our needs and was able to accommodate our last minute shift in schedule.

When I picked up the remains, they were gorgeously wrapped and prepared. His team ensured no detail was missed. From the book mark to the paw print to the urn. They even hand wrote a letter to me and my family showing their deepest sympathy. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

I will definitely use his services for all of future fur babies.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service!!! I had my dog cremated here on Aug 11, 2021... When they said everything was ready for pickup on Aug 18, 2021, it was missing my Dog's Hair Clipping and the Bookmarker with my Dog's picture in it which is part of the package I paid for. It's already Aug 28, 2021 and I have yet to get an update or have yet to receive via mail my Dog's hair clippings and the Bookmarker!
